Standards nearly solid burgundy, fading to buff, burgundy midrib. Falls golden yellow ground, heavily lined and washed port wine, becoming solid port wine at rim, ruffled. Beards old gold. Slight fragrance. Nice sort.
FRISK ME (Blyth 2001/02)
Standards soft apricot pink, falls burgundy red spot and apricot pink edge, ruffled and flared. Beards tangerine orange in throat, lavender blue at tip. Pronounced sweet fragrance.
FUJI-MUSUME
Flowers very large (20 cm), double, glowing purple-red. In the centre is a ring of golden stamens and because there are so many petals the mature flowers look particularly ruffled. The flowers are fragrant. One of the brightest colors of all tree peonies, very vigorous shrub (height 1.8 m, width 1 m). May be grown in a large container too. 2 years old grafted plant, sent in 2 liter container.

Standards medium dark violet blue, falls darker violet blue with pale veining in center, and lighter edge, white sign below beards, ruffled. Beards yellow in throat, white at end. Slight fragrance.

Japanese tree peony, large (20 cm) semi-double flowers, pure white. The vigorous plants reaching height of 1.5 m and width at least 1 m. Two year old grafted plant, sent in 2 liter container.

Standards and falls dark bright yellow. Falls have large, diffuse rusty chestnut spots surrounding plush dark yellow beards. Floriferous sort, height 30 cm.

HELÉNE MARTIN
Single to semi-double, very large soft cream flowers with undertones of softest pink. Small, delicate red-pink basal flares. Prominent reddish-pink stamens in the centre. Standards purple, falls velvety dark purple, slightly paler blended edge. Beards gold in throat, light lavender at end. Large, ruffled flowers. Pronounced spicy fragrance.
KAO
Large (20 cm) semi-double flowers, deep red petals, slightly darker in the center. Vigorous plants reaching height of 1.5 m and width 1.1 m. 2 years old grafted plant, sent in 2 liter container.
KINKAKU
Large (20 cm), double flowers, light apricot to pastel color with picotee edged petals, often curled. Flowers emit very pleasant lemony scent. Wonderful shrub that is very disease and pest resistant, grows up to 150 cm height and 120 cm width. Two year old grafted plant, sent in 2 liter container.
