ATTENTION!!! Please order peonies separately, without other perennials (i.e. without irises, daylilies and hostas)
We send strong roots of flowering size with a minimum of 3-5 buds. Orders all year round, peonies are sent bareroot in fall (end of October, November, December). Peonies ordered from January to March will be sent in early spring (March).

ELIZA LUNDY (Krekkler 1975)
Double bomb-style flowers, vibrant, true red color. This charming little peony is a cross between Paeonia peregrina and P. officinalis. Flowers slightly fragrant. Strong stems and compact foliage make this a perfect choice for the small garden. Growing just 60 cm tall, it forms a dense bush.

Flowers double, pure white, pinkish in bud and at the beginning of flowering. flowers sweetly fragrant. Usually blooms in early May, about two weeks before classic herbaceous peonies. Plant height up to 50 cm, therefore it is especially suitable for the foreground of mixed perennial beds.
ALEXANDER FLEMING
Flowers large, full double, dark pink, with many sidebuds present. Sturdy stems and dark green relatively large leaflets. Compact plant habit, height 90 cm. Very floriferous, flowers fragrant, widely used as cut flower.
MACKINAC GRAND (Reath 1992)
Huge flowers, full double with rich blend of cherry red, rose-red and vivid pink accentuated by silver-tipped petals. Pleasingly fragrant blossoms, good cut flower. Very strong, single-flowered stems. This peony is also valued for its very late flowering, about a week after Sarah Bernhardt. Plant height 90 cm.
PECHER
Flowers full double, open soft pink and mature to almost clean white, etched with a few red threads on the tips of the inner petals. Quite a few sidebuds offering the possibility for extended flowering. Early flowering 'Pecher' is most famous for her extremely pleasant and delicous fragrance. Very floriferous peony with low habit, height 60 - 70 cm.
ODILE
Large flowers, double, fluffy, white to soft-pink with a slightly purplish center. Flowers pleasantly fragrant, excellent for cutting, especially suitable for weddings. Legendary peony widely grown because of her huge flowers and abundant flowering. Strong stems, plant height 80 cm.
FESTIVA MAXIMA (Miellez 1851)
Flowers large, globular, double, pure white with a spot of red on a few central petals. Flowers with delightful fragrance, very floriferous sort. Stems strong, foliage large, dark green.
OLD FAITHFUL (Glasscock-Falk 1964)
Flowers large, dark velvet red, double, with heavy substance of the petals. Highly prized, in our opinion, this is the best in its class. Flowers lightly fragrant. Strong stems and healthy, dark green foliage. Excellent as a cut-flower. American Peony Society Gold Medal Winner (1997)...one of the best peonies!
PASTEL SPLENDOR (Anderson/Seidl 1996) R.F. 1986)
Huge semi-double white flowers with deep lavender to purple flares. The contrast between the purple color of the center of this peony and the pure white petals is magnificent – it is reminiscent of the type found on the Chinese Gansu Mudan (P. rockii hybrids). Robust stems hold the flowers well above the foliage. Beautiful, slightly fragrant flowers. Amazing...
cf. smouthii (Smouth 1845)
Flowers single, pinkish red. Compared to true P. x smouthii, the plants offered have somewhat wider leaves, their flowers are larger, rather pinkish-red than deep red. ANGEL CHEEKS (Klehm C.G. 1970)
Flowers double, soft coral pink sometimes with red freckles on the top of the petals, double row of pink guard petals, big full bloom. Strong stems, big leaves, disease resistant. Excellent sort, giant flowers (15 cm), pronounced lovely floral fragrance, suitable as a cut flower. Charming!
BUCKEYE BELLE (Mains 1956)
Extremely dark red (almost chocolate-red) semi-double, medium-sized flowers, petals are sprinkled with golden stamens. Striking maroon fall foliage. The very dark color, low plant height, compact habit makes this sort a very special.
CALLIE´S MEMORY (Anderson 1999)
Flowers semi-double, apricot cream with maroon flares and picotee edges. At the opening, the flower has the shape of a rose. Flowers slightly fragrant. Nice foliage, good grower, 100% winter-hardy. Among peonies very unusual flower color, excellent.
CATHARINE FONTIJN (Van der Valk/Van der Zwet 1952)
Beautiful double pink flowers blended through white with yellow glow from center. When the flowers mature the yellow stamens become more visible and the petals nearly turn to white. Very fragrant. An excellent cut flower. Vigorous grower, very floriferous.
DUCHESSE DE NEMOURS (Calot 1856)
Flowers double, cupped, creamy white, very pleasant, strong sweet fragrance. Very floriferous. Many strong stems, excellent foliage. Old, but still very very popular sort, also good as cut-flower. Its fragrance is so sweeeeet!
BRIDAL GOWN (Klehm 1981)
Perfect double white, large flowers (Bomb type), strong stems. Light fragrance, excellent cut flower. Most desirable florist's choice, unique.
FLORENCE NICHOLLS (Nicholls 1938)
Flowers double, blush white, with a scarlet suffusion deepening to center, opened flowers are of rose shape, very wide and narrow petals intermingled. Very fragrant! Strong stems, very vigorous and floriferous.
PINK HAWAIIAN CORAL (Klehm 1981)
Large, semi-double light salmon-pink (coral) with relatively few dark yellow stamens in center. Fast growing sort with many thick strong stems, very early flowering, good for cutting, fragrant. Plant height 80 cm.
RED CHARM (Glascock 1944)
Sensational deep red double flowers. Flowers large (20 cm), perfectly formed. Mild sweet fragrance. The stems are strong and hold the large blooms erect. Excellent foliage. One of the best red coloured peonies, excellent for cutting.
SARAH BERNHARDT (Lemoine 1906)
Very large, double, dark rose-pink flowers with a slight red edging in the middle of the flower. A well known variety named for a famous actress, very floriferous, fragrant. Slow grower, many stems, widely used as cut flower.
SHIRLEY TEMPLE (Smirnow 1948)
Large white double flowers with a light blush, opening from pink buds. Slight fragrance. Good grower with strong bush and dark green foliage. Excellent for cutting.
